Shipping
Orders ship from the United States, packed and shipped by our own team, to the 50 states and the District of Columbia. We do not ship to US territories or outside the United States.
The same-day dispatch cutoff is being finalized.
Options and prices
Shipping options, prices, transit estimates and the same-day dispatch cutoff are being finalized and will be published before ordering opens.
Same-day cutoff
The same-day dispatch cutoff and the ship days are being finalized. Orders ship after their payment is confirmed.
Holidays with no dispatch
The dispatch calendar, including the holidays with no dispatch, is being finalized.
Packaging and temperature
Products ship as lyophilized powder in sealed vials.
The shipping temperature of each product is set from its supplier storage documentation. That documentation is still being reviewed, so no shipping temperature is published yet. Storage conditions appear on each product page once they are documented.
Damaged or lost packages
- Damaged: within 14 days of delivery, report it on your order page with photos of the package and vials, or email us with your order number and the photos.
- Lost: if tracking shows no carrier movement for 7 business days, report it on your order page or email us, and we will open a claim with the carrier.
- We reship or refund the affected items. Each order can be reshipped once.
To report from your order page, open it with Track an order (the order number and the email used at checkout), the link in your order emails, or your account, and use Report a problem with this order.
