Our website

The store, every lot page and every certificate we publish are on eluteresearch.com. A lot page's address always starts with eluteresearch.com/lot/, and the code beside each line of your packing slip opens it.

A site on another address that uses our name, our pictures or our lot IDs is not ours.

Our emails

Order emails come from an address at eluteresearch.com and name your order number. Support answers from support@eluteresearch.com.

Orders and tracking

Your order page is on our site only: its address starts with https://eluteresearch.com/orders/, and the link to it is in your order emails. You can also open it on Track an order with your order number and the email you used at checkout.

We never ask you by email to confirm your payment or card details. If a message does, do not reply to it: open your order on our site instead, or ask us through Help and contact.

How we take payment

• Only through checkout on eluteresearch.com. Every charge (items, shipping and any sales tax) is in the total before you place the order.
• The payment instructions for an invoice are on your order page on our site and in your order confirmation, with your order number as the reference.
• When card payment is offered, it is taken only on our own payment page on our site.
• We never ask for cryptocurrency or gift cards, and we never ask for an extra fee (insurance, customs, clearance or release) after an order is placed.

If something looks wrong

Do not pay. Open your order with your order number and email on Track an order to see its real status, and forward the message to support@eluteresearch.com.

Checking a lot and its certificate

Scan the code beside a line on your packing slip, or enter its lot ID on Verify a lot. Then use our checklist for any certificate of analysis.
