Bacteriostatic Water is a laboratory supply outside the peptide HPLC panel, so no report is listed for it here.
The report date is the analysis date printed on the certificate. A retest is a later certificate for a further sample drawn from the same lot. Each lot page is the full record: results with their methods and limits, the original certificate and how to verify it with the laboratory.
